We offer several additional branding options to help raise your brand awareness during the trade show and the conference. Sticking to proven and simple brand awareness platforms we can help your organization can constant brand recognition and associations. To make it easier, we can produce banners and promotional items for you to ease your work load. 

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

VENDOR SHOW LOUNGE SPONSOR

Within the vendor show, a lounge area will be set up to allow attendees and vendors to network over drinks, food, and music. Sponsors will be designated on all vendor show lounge materials and prominently displayed on banners surrounding the area.

HOSPITALITY SUITE SPONSOR

In addition to a static banner, your brand logo, advertisements, or commercials will cycle through the Hospitality Suite television for 4-nights, where it will be seen by any members or instructors who visit during the conference. 

1st ANNUAL KTOA CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT HANDMADE BOARD SPONSOR

This will be our inaugural year for the KTOA Cornhole Tournament. Sponsors will have their design laser engraved onto a handmade-in-Kentucky Cornhole board used in the tournament. The board will then be raffled off to a KTOA member. 

SUPPORT AN OFFICER PROGRAM

​$1000

This program allows KTOA to seek out and invite qualified officers from agencies that are minimally staffed, have financial constraints, or otherwise do not have the resources to send officers for additional training courses. 

This contribution will cover training and administrative costs, basic travel, and per Diem.

Course offerings will be restricted to those that fit the need of the officers agency or that will provide the attending officer the ability return home and train other officers. 
Studies continually show that smaller agencies that cannot provide continual training suffer by providing inadequate services to their jurisdictions. This program is geared to help departments maintain and exceed the high-standards of policing in the Commonwealth and better serve their populations. Quality training will lead to better policing, better de-escalations, and balanced service.

On-Site canopy tents with half-wall ($250), full wall ($500), or full canopy (full wall, two half walls) $1200. 
Simple designs can be done by KTOA at no additional charge. Organizations are able to keep banners and displays after use.
